A great combination of flavors
Ingredients
1 bag (3.5oz) grated bottarga
2 large fennels, finely sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
Coarse salt and pepper
Instructions
Mix the salt with the lemon juice, then stir with the oil and pepper to make a dressing. Mix all ingredients with the dressing in a large salad bowl. Serve with toasts
