Ingredients
500 grams of cooked pasta according to instructions
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
2 spoons of chopped parsley
Black pepper
3 large ripe tomatoes
1 hot pepper, finely chopped
2 spoons of grated Bottaraga
2 spoons of olive oil
Half cup of lukewarm water

Instructions
Fry the garlic in olive oil in a large skillet. Add tomatoes and hot pepper. Add the water, and lower the heat, continue simmering until the sauce thickens. Add the cooked fettuccine and stir another minute. Serve with grated Bottarga.
